FAQs

On Sunday mornings, we offer two identical worship services at 8:15AM and 10:45AM, with Sunday School at 9:30AM. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first visit. This will give you plenty of time to get settled, check in your children, and find your way to worship or Sunday School.

We have several convenient parking areas surrounding our campus. Families with children may find it easiest to park in either the JOY Foods lot (formerly Firestone Auto Care) or the Family Center lot. From there, enter through the double doors of the Education Building for the closest access to our children’s and nursery areas. Greeters will be available to welcome you and help you find your way.

You’ll find people wearing everything from suits and ties to polos and jeans. There is no particular dress code, so wear what feels comfortable for you and your family. More important than what you wear is simply coming with a heart ready to worship.

No. Guests are not expected to give during their visit. Giving is an act of worship for our members and regular attenders and helps support the ministries and mission of First Baptist Dublin. If you feel led to give, you are certainly welcome to do so, but there is no expectation for you to contribute.

Children are always welcome in both of our worship services. During the 10:45AM service, we offer a Nursery for newborns through age 3 and Kids Worship for children in Pre-K through 3rd grade. Those in Pre-K through 3rd grade begin the service worshiping alongside their families, giving them an opportunity to participate in and learn the rhythms of corporate worship. During the Doxology, children are invited to go upstairs to the Kids Worship Room for the remainder of the service. There, they sing songs—many of which they will also hear and sing in church—learn a Bible lesson, enjoy games and activities, and learn about missionaries serving around the world.

We offer age-appropriate ministries for children from nursery through elementary school. Each week, children learn from the Bible in a safe, engaging environment designed especially for them. Children in Pre-K through 3rd grade may also participate in Kids Worship during the second half of our 10:45 AM worship service.

Students have several opportunities to connect, grow, and worship together throughout the week. On Sunday mornings, we offer Sunday School classes specifically for students and Student Worship Collective on Sunday afternoons. On Wednesdays, students gather in the Fellowship Hall for Student Midweek – a time of worship, Bible teaching and study, and fellowship.
